Withdraw or Top-Up operations are currently managed by Onramper, a service we integrated within ProMeet.
Onramper offers different solutions when withdrawing or topping up.
If you encountered an issue with any of the processes, you can reach out to their support or, as a quicker option, open a support ticket with the service used.
As an example, if you proceed with a top-up using Topper as a provider, but you encounter an issue during the process, you can always reach out to their support directly.
Every provider will always send you an email to update you about the overall process status, which is slow or 'stuck' somewhere.
Some quick answers to common questions you may have:
- Transferring funds usually takes some minutes the first time, whether it's withdrawal or top-up processing. This happens as the provider selected for the process takes some time to verify you are a human.
- If the process is taking too long, please check your email for additional information.
- If the process fails, money will be sent back to you immediately. Your bank or credit card service might take some days to make the amount available again.
- If you keep getting stuck during the process, your Bank or Credit Card is stopping crypto operations. To enable them, please head over to your Bank or Credit Card settings and enable "fund transferring".
